Blondy’s Story:
Blondy is from the
mountains of Camp-Perrin. His mother was very unstable, and had mental
challenges. She could not properly care for Blondy, and they would wander the
streets begging. When Blondy was a toddler, Pwoje Espwa asked his mother if
they could care for him to provide him with an education and a stable living
situation. She was agreeable.
Blondy is in the primary
school at Pwoje Espwa. When he first came to Espwa, he could not speak real
words, only jibberish that his mother spoke to him. Since then, he has overcome
his struggles and is a well-adjusted little boy. He loves to build things and
gardening. He also likes to play marbles.
