Emmanuel's Story:
Emmanuel is from Port-au-Prince, and lost his mother this past year. There was nobody else to care for him in Port-au-Prince, so he was sent to family in Les Cayes. Here, his family couldn't care for him either because they were struggling to make ends meet. They brought Emmanuel to Pwoje Espwa where he now has a bed to sleep in and three meals a day.
Emmanuel is in the preschool at Pwoje Espwa. He loves to play soccer and marbles. Sweet rice is his favorite food.
